Our pricing is all-inclusive and we respectfully decline all gratuities.  Your loyalty and referrals are gratitude enough!

Cancellations

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you so you have our undivided attention.  We ask that changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment so that we may have an opportunity to fill your spot with another client.  Changes or cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a service charge equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment price.  No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled treatment price and may be required to pre-pay for any future appointment requests.

Product Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products 100%.  If something is not working as you had hoped, we'll gladly offer a refund in the original form of payment or exchange for a more suitable product.  Please understand that all returns & exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and have no more than 1/3 of the product used.
